FAQ:
what is raw hair? 
•Raw hair is 100% unprocessed hair from one donor. All cuticles are intact and aligned in one direction. Raw hair comes in 3 natural textures wavy, straight, and curly.
•How do I maintain my Essence Extensions Hair?
Shampoo & condition hair at least every two to three weeks. It is best to squeeze out excess water in your hair and let your hair air dry. Avoid using products that contain harmful ingredients such as alcohol and sulfates, as it affects the natural state of the hair. We recommend using water based products.
•Can I bleach/dye the hair?
Essence Extensions can take bleach very well as our raw hair is 100% unprocessed human hair. It is best to keep bleached or colored hair conditioned and moisturized so it will not become dry.
•How many bundles do I need?
3 bundles is recommended to cover the entire head, Best for hair in lengths of 18" to 24".
4 bundles of hair in lengths of 26" or longer.
•How long will the hair last?
We carry 100% raw hair, our hair can last 3-5 years with proper care, determined by how well the hair is taken care of.
• what’s the difference between raw & virgin hair?
Raw hair is 100% unprocessed. No steam or chemical treatments. Virgin hair is lightly steamed-processed to achieve styled textures.

Shipping Policy:
All items are shipped through UPS or USPS. Our processing time takes 5-7  Business days to prepare your order BEFORE shipping. After the processing time is complete, your order is shipped.
Shipping takes 3-5 business days to reach you once it leaves our facility. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase, Essence Extensions is not responsible for your package after it has been shipped. Please contact carrier if you have any issues.


Refunds and Exchanges:
Refunds and exchanges are not accepted. ALL PURCHASES are non-refundable.
